Morphological characteristics of the Gobi iguana
Gobi iguana

The ideal body length of a desert iguana should be 30-40 centimeters. The body color is gray, the tail is long, and it is a creeper. It is estimated that due to living in the desert for a long time, its body temperature is relatively high.
During mating, the ventral side of the adult body will appear pink. The base of the male desert iguana's tail is thicker, and there are also obvious femoral holes. They use the penetration of the femoral holes to mark the territory and show their identity. Females do not have this structure.
