Which baby room thermometer should I buy? A comparison

There is so much to think about when you find out you are expecting. One thing you definitely do need is a baby room thermometer, but which one should you buy?

It takes several months for your baby’s body to learn to properly control its own temperature. As your baby’s body starts to develop, keeping a close eye on the environmental temperature will help you know if they are uncomfortable/need layers removing etc. Ultimately keeping you keep them safe and sound.

I have two, both of which I have put into a handy little chart below to help you decide which one is best for you. I hope it is helpful!

For us, we use the Philips for camping, for the bath and for easy portable use in the home. It’s light, safe for the kids to hold and is a cute little flower.

The Gro egg is in the babies room permanently and is great for in the middle of the night for a quick easy read check.

Ultimately, they both do the same job. However they do it in a different way, and that is why we have both! We love them both, and I wouldn’t have just one but if you need specific needs then I hope this has been a good comparison for you to make the best decision for your family.

You can also find some good reductions in price on amazon, so keep your eyes out. I’ve put the links below!

Which one do you prefer?

The Phillips or the Gro-egg?

Much love,
